job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and assist visitors, employees, and contractors as needed, maintaining a professional presence. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual occurrences according to company and client procedures. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment in a tech-focused setting. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
