job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead the health practice team to achieve strategic growth and market distinction Serve as a strategic partner to clients, directing high-impact programs to meet their business goals Build and nurture long-term client relationships while generating organic revenue Identify and lead new business pitches to acquire new clients and meet growth objectives Oversee team staffing and resources to ensure high-quality work for clients Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, ideally in both agency and in-house settings Extensive experience leading strategic communication strategies in healthcare, medtech, pharma, and life sciences Strong experience in pharma, biotech, and / or life sciences preferred Proven track record of delivering creative communications campaigns within regulated markets Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills Experience with integrated programs spanning digital, editorial, and media relations Demonstrated experience leading new business efforts, including targeted outreach and proposal development Innovative thinker with a history of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans Significant experience providing communications counsel to executives and senior marketers Business acumen in budgeting, billing, and staffing
