Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators involved in the hiring process
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence hiring best practices using data and market analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of recruiting experience, or 12+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum 5 years of experience leading recruiting teams for Federal Government contracts
Prior project management experience in talent acquisition initiatives
Strong executive presence and communication skills with leaders and senior partners
Experience in translating data into strategic recruitment processes
