A company is looking for a FINRA Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized client support by addressing inquiries and servicing options in a call center environment
Resolve basic to intermediate inquiries and transactions while learning to handle complex issues
Foster professional relationships with clients and Financial Representatives to enhance brand loyalty
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience
Advanced understanding of investment or income markets and products
Basic understanding of tax implications
Registered Representative classification requiring fingerprinting and FINRA Series 63 or 6
