About the Position

We are seeking a Field Sales Engineer for the Dayton, OH territory. Candidate must reside in the sales territory. We provide top compensation (with no ceiling on earnings), a full range of benefits, company vehicle, credit card, and cell phone, brand apparel, and a great career path.

Pay range : $65,000 - $85,000 per year (draw against commissions)

This position requires successful sales management skills with the demonstrated ability to develop solid customer relationships and grow sales levels. Manufacturing and machine tool application experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts within assigned territory. Develop new sales leads, quote customers, and provide technical support as required.
• Develop influential relationships and collaborate with distributors and purchasing contacts, as well as engineering and other departments
• Establish sales forecasts and secure sales orders according to goals
• Tradeshow participation
• Educate customers on products, proper application of products, and assist them with product selection
• Assist customers with service requests
• Work with minimal supervision
