• Shift : 3x12-hour day shifts (07 : 00 – 19 : 00)\n
• Hours per Week : 36\n
• Weekend Requirement : As needed (weekend block may be considered)\n
• Flu Vaccine : Required (no exemptions)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910\nNICU RN Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi or compact state (NLC guidelines apply)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Level IV NICU nursing experience\n
• Experience with Well Baby care required\n
• At least 1 completed previous travel nurse assignment\n
• Driver's license must be included with application\n
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted\n
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred\n
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (no local candidates)\n
• Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays if assignment covers Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's\n
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of submission\n
• COVID-19 vaccine not required\nNICU Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to neonates in a Level IV NICU hospital setting\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Educate and support families throughout the NICU stay\n
• Float to similar nursing units as needed within a 20-mile radius\n
