Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

• Light and shoot video content both on set and on location across a variety of visual styles and editorial brands
• Collaborate with producers to determine and execute creative visual direction
• Edit both short‑form and long‑form content for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Operate various cinema and mirrorless camera systems, including Sony FX3 & FX6, Panasonic Eva1, and GH5
• Set up and run professional audio equipment including boom and lavalier microphones
• Coordinate with internal studio team for gear logistics and scheduling
• Handle basic color grading and audio mixing in post‑production
• Collaborate with a team of cinematographers, assistant camera operators, and production assistants on studio and field shoots
• Adapt to shifting schedules and priorities with flexibility; occasional weekend work and travel required
• Ensure projects align with brand aesthetics while maintaining high production value

Benefits (What We Offer)

The base salary for this role is between $74,000 - $89,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
