LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company in Dayton, NJ. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Cleanup Specialist to support post-implementation cleanup and maintenance following a recent software upgrade.This role focuses on high-volume cleanup and maintenance of collections, invoices, and cash applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle accounts receivable processes and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is preferred but not required

Job Title : Accounts Receivable Cleanup Specialist (Temporary Contract) Location : Dayton, NJ (Hybrid Schedule) Pay Rate : $34.00 per hour Start Date : Immediate Duration : Temporary contract with potential for extension

Responsibilities :

• Perform cleanup and reconciliation of accounts receivable records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collections, invoices, and cash applications
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency
• Support ongoing maintenance and improvements to AR systems post-implementation

Requirements :

Work Schedule : Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week
