Key Responsibilities
Lead the ACGME accreditation and program development processOversee recruitment, mentorship, and training of EM residentsDevelop and implement an innovative curriculumProvide clinical teaching and supervision in a high-acuity emergency departmentEnsure compliance with ACGME, CLER, and NRMP standardsEngage in GME research and scholarly activitiesCollaborate with the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and hospital leadership to strengthen the residency programQualifications
