BC Urologist to join practice in lower Fairfield County - Job-6277

• recruiting for a full-time, experienced Fellowship trained Urologist to join an established and busy team!
• Responsibilities include providing Urology services in inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Work with Urologists that are trained in the areas of urologic oncologic and robotic surgery and treat the following conditions : bladder cancer, kidney cancer, kidney stones, prostate cancer, BPH, sexual disfunction, testicular cancer and urethra strictures.
• schedule will be M-F with shared call by phone only
• Perform procedures in the OR and see patients in the office
• A community group of Urologists helps with Emergency Room call, and there are residents and PAs who also help out
• Academic hospital system will have some academic responsibilities
• Affiliated with teaching hospital with 4 free standing residency programs - Also affiliated with Columbia University
