HR Data Analyst - Workforce Planning

Location : San Antonio, TX (hybrid onsite)

Job Type : 6 month contract (potential to extend / convert)

Key Responsibilities :

• Workforce Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and analyze data related to workforce demographics, turnover rates, and hiring trends.
• Predictive Modeling : Use predictive analytics to forecast future workforce requirements and identify potential gaps.
• Scenario Planning : Develop and evaluate different workforce scenarios to prepare for various business conditions.
• Reporting and Visualization : Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards using Vemo to present workforce planning metrics clearly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
• Data Integrity and Compliance : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data and comply with data privacy regulations.
• Strategic Recommendations : Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve workforce planning strategies and optimize resource allocation.
