Job Summary : Seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a book of approximately 5 million in size, handling daily servicing, cross-selling, and upselling, with a focus on customer service and retention. This position will report to the Lead Producer and will be based in our office.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a book of approximately 5 million in size
  • Daily servicing, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Handling 80% renewal and 20% new business
  • Utilize software such as EZLynx, Agency Zoom (CRM), and AMS 360

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of Commercial Account management experience
  • P&C license
  • Organized, motivated, and customer service-oriented
