Box needs to hire exceptional talent to build the Intelligent Content Cloud and it all starts with our world-class Recruiting team. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter II with talent acquisition experience to hire across our Engineering and Product organizations.

We need you because

You're a Technical Recruiter that is passionate about finding, qualifying, and closing great talent while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout all points of the interview process

You're comfortable building strong, trusted advisor relationships across leadership teams within the organizations you support

You have a knack for identifying process improvements and using data to influence stakeholders

You thrive in a close-knit, fast-moving environment that gives you ownership of your work so you can make a real impact on the business

You enjoy learning and tackling new challenges with curiosity and growth mindset

What You'll Do

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing) for a diverse mix of roles varying in seniority and complexity

Partner closely with teams to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, leveraging best practices to ensure quality hiring decisions

Use data and insights to influence the business on key decisions related to talent or business objectives

Help drive process optimization efforts on the team, and / or contribute to cross-functional projects and programs

Reliably use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other tools in our recruiting tech stack

Work cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and other internal teams on headcount prioritization

Be a culture champion for Box through authentic storytelling

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting

Technical recruiting experience for a technology company required

Proficient with key recruiting metrics and data that help inform optimal recruiting processes

Knowledge of sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and simplifying complexity

Approaches work with a team-centric, solutions oriented mindset

Demonstrated track record of building strong cross-functional relationships

United States Pay Range $121,500 - $152,000 USD
