St. Paul, MN, is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to lead our

well-established and well-equipped small animal practice. This is a rare chance

to step into a leadership role.

who enjoys mentoring others, driving high standards of care, and cultivating an

What You’ll Find at North Branch :

Full

interior remodel scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025!

3 exam

rooms (expanding to 5 with the remodel), digital x-ray, dental digital

radiography, IDEXX in-house lab, surgical laser, ultrasound, and new

surgical lighting & dental equipment

stable and experienced support staff, trained to manage general wellness,

surgical, dental, and urgent care cases

Your Leadership Responsibilities :

Guide

medical protocols, ensuring consistent, high-quality care

Support

associate veterinarians through mentorship and case oversight

Partner

with the Hospital Manager on operations, staff development, and financial

performance

Participate

in hiring, onboarding, and supporting DVMs and staff
