Overview Marketing Coordinator at Wallace Montgomery will lead proposal development, manage marketing materials, and support client interactions to help win high-profile projects.
Responsibilities Lead proposal development from start to finish, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, schedules, and deadlines to keep projects on track.
Manage all phases of procurement (LOIs, technical responses, presentations, pricing).
Develop and maintain resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
Edit and refine documents for clarity, grammar, style, and content.
Support client interviews and presentations, including preparation and rehearsal.
Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations.
Attend pre-proposal meetings, debrief sessions, and industry conferences as needed.
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in A / E industry marketing.
A strong understanding of proposal development processes for public agencies.
Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat (Word, PowerPoint, Excel required).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or a related field (relevant industry experience may substitute for a degree).
