Behavioral Health Practitioner (LMSW, LLMSW or LPC)

We are seeking licensed behavioral health practitioner for services provided to children and adults. Designated FQHC providing services as a LMSW, LLMSW or LPC. Certification as a CAADC or MCBAP is preferred. Two years of postmaster s experience preferred. Possibly TELEHEALTH options.
