Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership in home health, hospice, or healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in executive-level roles
Strong knowledge of California home health regulatory and reimbursement environments
Proven track record in driving profitability and operational excellence
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on patient-centered priorities
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
