As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership.Assist guests and staff with security-related matters and provide information as needed.Support access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the location.Work collaboratively with hotel and resort staff to address security-related needs and maintain a welcoming environment.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.Possession of a valid guard card or license is preferred.Possession of a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
