Ezio’s is a new fine dining steakhouse coming to Miami beach brought to you by the team behind Roberta’s, Blanca and Foul Witch in NYC. Ezio’s is a boutique Italian steakhouse specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and a curated natural wine and spirits program. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in craft, integrity, and hospitality to bring a Michelin caliber dining experience that feels both elevated and personal.
As a Bartender at Ezio’s, you’ll help create a refined yet welcoming bar experience rooted in technique, knowledge, and hospitality. You’ll craft both classic and house cocktails, guide guests through our natural wine and spirits offerings, and help shape the energy of the bar. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate, poised, and service-driven — with a genuine desire to grow in a beverage-focused environment.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar technique
- Familiarity with or interest in natural wine and Italian liqueurs
- A polished, professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Clear communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A passion for hospitality, learning, and contributing to a strong team dynamic
- A working knowledge of fine dining service standards, paired with warmth and approachability
- A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A team-first mentality and willingness to support all roles on the floor.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve elevated classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precisionGuide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasmStay current on all food, beverage, and wine offerings (menu knowledge is key)Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar setupExecute proper steps of service with efficiency, professionalism, and warmthExecute clear and effective communication with the kitchen and FOH teamPhysical Requirements :
Able to stand and walk for extended periods (6+ hours)Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 15 pounds regularlyAble to reach, bend, carry, and perform other physical tasks as neededWhat We Offer :
