Overview

A company is looking for a Pricing Advisor to help multifamily customers maximize revenue and optimize occupancy through effective use of revenue management software.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor key property performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Advise clients on pricing and renewal strategies aligned with market conditions
  • Leverage data to produce actionable recommendations for optimizing revenue

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy within the multifamily industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Familiarity with multifamily pricing or revenue management systems preferred
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills across multiple accounts
  • Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a desire to drive measurable outcomes
