This is a certified Patient Centered Medical Home offering scheduled primary care for patients of all ages alongside a popular walk-in / urgent care service.Join more than a dozen physicians and advance practice providers in a comfortable, modern standalone healthcare building with electronic medical records plus onsite lab and imaging. This independent private practice has a friendly, collaborative staff that shares the priority of excellent patient care and satisfaction. You will join a primary care team and will be busy quickly, helping address a backlog of patients wanting to be seen. To broaden your practice, you can spend some time in the walk-in center, which sees unscheduled primary care along with low acuity emergent care including occupational and sports / recreational cases.
