Principal Partner Program Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Partner Services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a global partner-led services framework, defining delivery models and partner competencies

Establish operational frameworks and performance metrics to ensure quality and readiness for partner services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner-led services into the go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in partner programs, professional services, and SaaS go-to-market strategy

Proven success in designing partner programs that support managed services and operational frameworks

Strong business acumen with experience in legal agreements and financial models

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global cross-functional initiatives

Experience with partner economics and subscription-based managed services models is preferred
