Project Manager / Estimator Commercial Drywall Sector
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Project Manager / Estimator to become part of our team in the commercial drywall sector. The ideal candidate will supervise all stages of drywall projects, from preparing cost estimates to managing daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of superior-quality work. This dynamic position demands a combination of technical know-how, organizational expertise, and leadership skills to effectively oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Experience : 35 years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the commercial drywall or construction industry. Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques, materials, and industry standards. Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion.
Skills : Expertise in cost estimating, with proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or On-Screen Takeoff. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements : Ability to visit job sites occasionally, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on different job site environments.
