More about our team

Our 20-bed in patient rehab unit has a NA-to-patient ratio of 1 : 10 is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Physical Therapists (PT), and Occupational Therapists (OT) providing care for a variety of patients. The team is strong on team work and patient care!

How you'll contribute

A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role :

Accurately identifies patient needs
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for activities of daily living

What we're looking for- a compassionate nursing assistant who is truly passionate about patient progress and holistic recovery to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Unit. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be a crucial partner in our patients' journey back to independence.

Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school. Additional requirements include :

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

One year of experience preferred
