eCommerce Attorney

A company is looking for an eCommerce Attorney to provide legal coverage in B2B eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on digital payment regulations, marketplace liability, distribution, fulfillment, consumer protection, data privacy, and intellectual property

Manage contract drafting, review, and negotiation

Engage in a customer-facing role while providing legal support

Required Qualifications

15+ years of legal experience, preferably with in-house and B2B eCommerce background

Experience in advising on digital payment regulations and data privacy

Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation

Ability to work remotely with flexibility in hours

Willingness to travel to the Home Office as needed
