About the role : The Field Computer Technician / Driver provides on-site maintenance for our customers’ equipment. Responsibilities :

• Installing and testing equipment
• Troubleshooting issues, and making repairs
• Responding to user needs and ensuring the optimal running of all systems
• Load and unload shipments for all incoming and outgoing orders with use of pallet jack or hand truck
• Scan and upload data regarding incoming shipments
• Install applications / Setup Wi-Fi profiles
• Troubleshoot basic computer hardware and software applications by repairing or replacement
• Driving and Travel to outside locations for IT customer service
• Reference point for all related queries.
