The Planning and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, communications, and growth planning that align with the hospital’s mission, vision, and business objectives. Responsible for media relations producing communication materials, social medial plans, website, and coordinating special events. This role combines planning skills with creative marketing expertise to promote hospital services, engage the community, and support strategic initiatives that drive volume growth and patient engagement.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing or business development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, market dynamics, and service line development.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software (including Adobe Design graphics software - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, social media platforms, and WordPress content management system.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across departments.
