DataStage ETL Developer

Overview

Location : Plano, Texas | Job type : Contract | Salary : $58.26 - $68.26 per hour | Work hours : 8am to 5pm | Education : Bachelors

This position requires strong development experience with IBM Datastage ETL tool, and experience with SAP packs, Linux scripting, and Autosys. The role involves understanding business and technical requirements, problem solving, and performance tuning in Datastage / DataStage. Prior experience with finance domain data packs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using IBM Datastage ETL tool.
• Work with SAP Packs, Linux scripting, and Autosys to ensure reliable data integration.
• Understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective data solutions.
• Analyze data volumes and perform performance tuning for large, complex data flows.
• Coordinate with team members and support groups to deliver on-time.
