The Position :
We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations , ensuring high-quality services, positive customer interactions, and operational efficiency. This role will drive financial profitability by identifying areas of opportunity and implementing strategies to enhance branch performance. Additionally, the Branch Manager will support team growth and development through consistent guidance, feedback, and clear communication.
Position Responsibilities :
- Supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality service and achievement of sales and productivity goals.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching of teams for projects and services.
- Ensure proper inventory and equipment management to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with other branch and district managers to set reasonable business goals.
- Implement and monitor operational processes and procedures to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the branch by implementing cost controls, income generation initiatives, and monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with the budget.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns at the branch level.
- Prepare reports on the branch's operational and financial performance and present insights to senior management.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective customers, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other team members.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries, addressing concerns effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and estimates for projects and services.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to support their growth and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
- Identify training needs and opportunities and develop and implement plans to address them effectively.
- Conduct regular branch staff meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and updates to branch processes and procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, required.Minimum of four years' experience as a branch manager or similar leadership role within the landscaping industry, required.Strong knowledge of sales, business development, and financial management.Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.Desired Skills and Competencies :
