Change Manager

Job Description : The candidate will be the project / program manager that helps prioritize, facilitate and in some cases help execute the Book of Work under Architecture & Strategy.

• Facilitate the demand in-take & prioritization process for activities that impact Bank, initiated by central COO, Risk & Control, Enterprise programs.
• Drive delivery of milestones in individual roadmaps, against critical path while ensuring that appropriate governance processes, escalation paths and project management reporting frameworks are in place.
• Manage and solve complex dependencies and negotiate compromises
• Provide reporting updates on slippages and status / issues / risk as it relates to the full portfolio under Bank.
• Ensure we follow one set of processes and standards across Bank and not a bifurcated execution between markets and banking
• Track and communicate project status across with senior leadership team
• Strong track record of managing expectations at the senior leadership level
• Strong written documentation skills to support assessments
• Strong experience in technology, people / org strategies and process improvement initiatives
