job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGrabbing SKUs and organizing footage Assisting with editing and animating videos within Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro Creating motion graphics for various platforms Assisting with in-store shoot requests Gaining production assistant experience on set Supporting the entire creative production team on diverse projects Working on projects ranging from motion graphics to broadcast TV spots After Effects (essential for animation and motion graphics) Premiere Pro (for video editing) Photoshop (for image editing and preparation) Illustrator (for graphic design elements) Willingness to learn new programs within the Adobe Suite Experience working in 2D animation (3D experience desired) Strong graphic design experience including : - Layout design - Typography - Color theory Motion graphics creation capabilities Strong organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate with partners, vendors, and clients Meticulous attention to detail Creative mindset with passion for visual storytelling Up-to-date with video and digital media trends Drive to keep learning and exploring new techniques Ability to take projects to the next level Self-directed approach with ability to work independently Ability to take direction and multi-task Strong interpersonal abilities Driven and hard-working attitude Resume and link to motion reel (required) Strong portfolio demonstrating video production skills Examples of motion graphics and animation work Equipment familiarity with digital cameras and video equipment Understanding of post-production processes Knowledge of project timeline management Ability to coordinate shoot logistics for various productions Microsoft Office suite proficiency Flexibility for project-based scheduling Willingness to travel for shoots when required Cultural fit and collaborative mindset
