Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the VIP CRM team, setting goals and defining KPIs
Develop and execute VIP CRM strategies and present updates to management
Design and implement tailored VIP CRM campaigns and monitor their performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention / Marketing
1+ years of experience in a leadership role
Experience managing VIP segments and executing retention strategies
Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
