Position Summary

Hourly Pay : $23 per hour to $23 per hour
The Cook Supervisor is an essential member of the team dedicated to providing fast exceptional quality food for our guests, helping them make the choice to return, time after time. Cooking at the highest level following strict guidelines The Cook Supervisor completes elevated duties in the absence of a manager and will order food and supplies from vendors, resolve various concerns, maintains and ensures proper food safety practices, and ensure smooth service throughout the shift. This role reports to the General Manager.
Job Duties
- Adhere to strict SNHD food safety guidelines.
- Prepare all food items on the restaurant menu proficiency.
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down stations for service.
- Communicate with the General Manager to keep a safe and efficient workflow.
- Perform kitchen duties as assigned by management.
- Perform stocking and organizing daily and weekly deliveries.
- May need to assist in washing dishes, sweeping / mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Uphold our highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and work ethic.
- Other duties as assigned

The ability to work in a fast pace, high energy environmentExperience in a similar food establishment.Must have a current Manager Health Card.Ability to work flexible hours.Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.Physical Requirements
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to :
Lifting, up to 50 poundsbending, pushing, pulling and / or extended walking and standingProlonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen.Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment.Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasksThis role may also require uniforms and / or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
