Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention
Consult and educate current advertisers through an inbound phone queue

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
Ability to handle tough conversations professionally
