MANTECH seeks a detail-oriented and confident Program Quality Review Lead to join our dynamic team.
In this high-visibility role, you will lead structured, recurring program reviews involving diverse Senior Program Managers. You will play a critical role in preparing, facilitating, and documenting these sessionsbringing clarity, consistency, and insight to the program oversight process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Leading 1015 formal program review sessions weekly, each involving 510 stakeholders
- Collaborating with Senior Program Managers across multiple disciplines to ensure productive, actionable reviews
- Researching program backgrounds and compiling relevant documentation ahead of scheduled sessions
- Facilitating meetings with a focus on driving decisions, resolving issues, and tracking key milestones
- Capturing and distributing clear, concise outcomes and action items from each session
- Maintaining consistency and transparency across program performance review processes
- Identifying patterns, trends, and risk areas across programs to inform leadership decision-making
- Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance review efficiency and impact
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of progressive experience in a federal government program management or oversight roleCurrent or prior experience successfully leading quarterly business reviews at an enterprise level organizationDemonstrated ability to lead structured meetings with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong background in federal government program documentation, analysis, and reportingExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadershipHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working with federal government programs or in a program oversight capacityPMP or related project management certificationExperience facilitating high-frequency recurring meetings with documented outcomesBackground in strategic planning or operational analysisClearance Requirements :
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.
