We're seeking a Team Lead, Operations to join our Denver HQ. In this role, you'll serve as the onshore counterpart to our offshore operations team, with a focus on VIP order management, finance escalations, vendor coordination, and process improvements. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on details, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to help scale a fast-growing eCommerce business.

What You'll Do :

• Act as the onshore partner to our offshore team in the Philippines, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
• Oversee VIP order management across all Havenly Brands, ensuring accuracy and white-glove service.
• Resolve finance escalations, primarily for Havenly orders, surfaced by the offshore team.
• Become the go-to expert on our order management processes, with a deep understanding of workflows end-to-end.
• Partner with third-party vendors to resolve order or invoicing issues.
• Support process documentation and SOP development to improve consistency and scalability.
• Support inventory management processes, including monitoring availability and assisting with escalations tied to stock levels or fulfillment.

This is a full-time exempt position based in the United States. The role will be hybrid at least 4 days per week from our office in Denver. The targeted compensation range for this position is $55,000 $60,000, dependent upon experience and location.
