Position Summary :
Responsible for managing the daily work activities of assigned Environmental Service personnel and to ensure established procedures and schedule assignments are followed. Assist the Director with establishing or improving policies, procedures, objectives and work standards.
Position Requirements :
Formal Education / Training :
High school diploma or equivalent
Workplace Experience :
At least one year of management or supervisory experience preferred but will train as needed.
Equipment and Skills Training :
Ability to accomplish work through other people while maintaining a productive professional relationship with them and all customers in assigned area. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Have the ability to learn and use computers for simple data collection and e-mail for communication. Will assist as needed in performing all cleaning duties.

All areas located in facility as assigned
Physical Effort :
Light medium lifting (35-lbs. maximum) with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing 25 lbs. Manual dexterity, balance, stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing and seeing
Job also requires some office work including use of computer and other office equipment. Hearing and vision are required to be normal or correctable to normal.
