Manages a weekly Retirement Submissions and Worker's Compensation reporting load that is a mixture of manual and FTPEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of Retirement submissions via manual keying into provider's site for applicable clientsVerify accuracy of FTP submissions for applicable clientsGenerate and modify custom reports for upload into provider's sites for applicable clientsCommunicate completed manual or FTP submissions in a timely manner to clientsAddress any client questions or issues in regards to Retirement and Worker's Compensation submissions through strong written and verbal communicationAssist with the implementation and FTP integration of a new Retirement client with the goal of gaining the level of experience to manage implementations independentlyBuilding of custom reports within the payroll system according to the client or provider's specificationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision on one's client workload while working towards the overall team goal of ensuring all client submission deadlines have been metBroad knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and tax laws and compliance regulations regarding payrollAbility to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced, highly complex, and deadline-oriented service environmentAbility to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issuesAbility to understand, manage, and navigate the multiple platforms required to complete necessary tasksRelevant payroll and / or retirement experience is not requiredUnderstand, embrace and embody DP Core Values . Our job titles may span more than one career level. The targeted hiring base salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $52,000 . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to : prior work experience, training / education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
