Role & Impact

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Blinq, youll own technical direction for our frontend platform leading cross-functional initiatives, shaping architecture, and mentoring engineers across teams. Youll work hands-on in React and Node.js, setting the pace for how we scale high-quality, high-impact experiences for millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and implementation of frontend systems across the product surface
• Work across the stack (React + Node.js) to solve complex UX and performance challenges
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to align frontend strategy with business goals
• Drive standards for accessibility, testing, observability, and developer experience
• Mentor engineers across squads and help grow a world-class engineering culture
