Employment Law Associate (Plaintiff-Side Litigation)
Our client, a well-established employment and labor law firm , is seeking a motivated Employment Law Associate to join its expanding team. The firm handles high-profile wage and hour class actions , PAGA claims , and employment litigation on behalf of workers across California.
This position provides direct mentorship from senior trial attorneys, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to contribute to cases with statewide and national impact . It’s a great fit for an early-career attorney who wants to grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on employee rights and workplace justice.

- Competitive base salary : $130,000 – $175,000 , plus bonus potential

Junior Employment Law Associate – Requirements and Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership1–2+ years of litigation experience , ideally in employment law or wage and hour disputesStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven settingProfessional communication and teamwork skillsEagerness to learn and grow in a plaintiff-side law firm environment (defense-to-plaintiff transitions welcome)Preferred Background and Skills
Familiarity with California labor and employment law , PAGA claims , and class action litigationPrior experience supporting discovery, depositions, and motion practiceDemonstrated passion for employee rights , workplace fairness , and complex civil litigationSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of projects
