Your Role :
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel at home.Efficiently register guests into our system, confirming reservations and payment details.Promote our Guest Loyalty Program, ensuring members receive their benefits and recognition.Handle guest payments and maintain an accurate house bank.Respond to inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, including late check-outs, room changes, and billing questions.Keep an organized activity log for proper follow-up and guest satisfaction.Manage safety deposit box access and assist with mail and information requests.Book reservations and provide local attraction insights to enhance our guests' stay.What You Bring :
A friendly, easygoing demeanor and a passion for customer service.Familiarity with office equipment (fax, printer, etc.) and basic bookkeeping.Proficiency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs.A high school diploma : additional qualifications are a plus.Join Us!
