About the role

• To perform service and installation of poultry equipment in poultry operations.

What you'll do

1. Customer Service : represents the company in a professional manner.

2. Repairs or dismantles existing equipment and installs new equipment on farm operations. Includes installing or repairing auger and other metal parts, curtain, feed line, watering systems and ventilation systems.

3. Performs duties as assigned by Crew Leader. These include but are not limited to : jobsite cleanup, maintaining truck inventory and returning materials from jobs in a clean and orderly fashion.

4. Reports needed materials to Crew Leader.

5. Reports to Crew Leader when finished with given assignments.

6. Keeps accurate inventory records of extra parts used not sent from warehouse and reports them to Crew Leader.

7. Maintains tools as used.

8. Works with the entire team at Poultry Specialties to support a positive and productive work environment.

9. Adheres to company safety policies and reports unsafe acts and conditions.

Qualifications

1. Basic knowledge of poultry equipment and / or carpentry skills.

2. Ability to use hand and power tools

3. Must have a clean driving record.

4. Must be a team player; able and willing to pitch in where needed on the job.
