• Department : Resident Pediatrics - Phone Triage
• Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am - 5 : 30, 4 days per week, 10-hour day (day off TBD will be T, W or TH)
• Facility : Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center
• Location : Indianapolis, IN This RN role in the clinic will be doing Triage Nursing and cover all of the clinics with a focus on Pediatrics Working at the Primary Care Center, you become a part of something very special. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration :
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education
• Diploma from an accredited school / college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
