Job Description
Lead global aftermarket strategy, identifying and executing growth opportunities across commercial and military sectors. Oversee spare parts logistics, repair turnaround, and field service operations, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards. Manage financial performance of the aftermarket segment, including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, and pricing strategy. Build and lead a high-performing global team across service centers and customer support functions. Develop and manage relationships with distribution and MRO partners to expand market reach. Drive new business development initiatives, including proposal development, bid / no-bid decisions, and contract negotiations. Identify and qualify new market, product, and program opportunities (PMA, SAR, STCs) aligned with customer needs and long-term trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, sales, and executive leadership to align on strategic growth plans. Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements (approx. 25% travel). Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
