Shift Details : Mon – Fri 07 : 30 am – 05 : 00 pm

Job Description :

• The Patient Services Specialist 1, with direct oversight, provides administrative support in a physician's office, clinic or other operational area that assists patients, to ensure high quality, patient-centered care.
• Duties include patient relations, check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and answering phones.
• Epic is highly preferred, customer service exp, medical background, reliable transportation, bilingual is a plus.
