Fresh & Ready, a group of private label food companies, part of Canteen, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available focusing exclusively on new business development for commissary sales across key channelsgrocery, regional airports / airlines, convenience / retail stores, and self operated healthcare, education, and hospitalityintroducing a chef crafted portfolio of ready to eat sandwiches, salads, wraps, entres, snack packs, and box lunches that operators can deploy at scale.

Responsibilities :

• Develop a territory plan to maximize net new revenue across priority and self operated verticals (grocery, healthcare, education, convenience / retail, hospitality / resorts / casinos, airports / airlines).
• Run full cycle selling : targeted prospecting, discovery & menu gap analysis, solution design (assortment / pack size / shelf life), pricing, sampling / tastings, RFPs, contracting, launch, and post launch optimization.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Culinary, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure specs and service levels align with Canteen Commissary food safety standards and operational capabilities.
• Build data driven category storiessell through, margin, waste reduction, and labor savingsand present compelling business cases to multi stakeholder buying teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and next steps; provide weekly KPI updates and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent the brand at regional industry events and trade shows; consistently communicate our sustainability and food safety commitments.
