TITLE OF POSITION : Activities Coordinator
TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR : Public Housing Manager
WORK LOCATION : Crescent Manor
1. Job Summary.
This position will perform duties associated with planning and implementing activities for elderly residents. The duties and responsibilities of this position are performed with very wide latitude and independent judgement. The activities coordinator decides when and how to proceed with the activity program.
2. Scope of Duties.
Responsibilities of this position consist of planning and organizing a minimum of twenty-four (24) social activities per year for the residents of Crescent Manor and Crescent West. Prepare social activity budget for approval by Tenant Council. Meet with housing manager quarterly to discuss activities. Create and distribute a monthly calendar of activities.

4. Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
Preferred experience working with the elderly. Has outstanding customer service skills and contributes to a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. Passion and drive for helping others and can exhibit a high level of professionalism, courtesy, time management skills and confidentiality.
5. Salary Range.
The salary range for this position is $15,600 ($15.00 / hr.) to $17,680 ($17.00 / hr.).
