Production Line Worker

Staffmark is looking for motivated Production Line Workers to join a leading seafood manufacturing facility in Milford, DE. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity to work with the largest harvester and processor of clam products in the world . Whether you're looking to grow your skills or start fresh, this role offers training, job stability, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay : $15.00 / hour

Shift : Variable 1st Shift | Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays Required)

Start time between 5 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 AM

Shifts may extend up to 13 hours based on production needs

What You'll Do :

• Load and weigh seafood products for storage or shipment
• Inspect pre-shucked or machine-shucked clams for quality and defects
• Perform general housekeeping duties (washdowns, refills, cleanup)
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
