North Carolina Licensed Clinical Nurse

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical nursing care and coordinate patient care utilizing the nursing process

Participate in patient education and assess readiness to learn, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate care

Develop and update care plans in collaboration with patients and families, addressing complex needs and ensuring continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Graduation from a school of professional nursing

Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

One year of nursing experience, with preference for candidates with 10+ years of RN experience, particularly in critical care or emergency departments

Must enroll in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Nursing within specified time frames if hired after January 6, 2014
