Key Responsibilities
Lead client communication post-contract signing, providing timely updates and responses
Facilitate collaboration among internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure expectations are met
Track project progress and communicate key milestones and changes to clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-through and ability to execute independently
Confidence in presenting to clients and internal teams
Curiosity and a drive to continuously improve processes and client experiences
A positive attitude and flexibility in adapting to change
